I have a special interest in those who are exploring a healthier relationship with alcohol, those who identify as “highly sensitive” or anxious, and those impacted by trauma.

 

As a dual licensed therapist and addictions counselor, I use an eclectic blend of evidenced-based therapy approaches to create a space where you are free to explore your authentic self.

 

I have specific training in IFS, Somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques.  I am a David Kessler Certified Grief Educator. I have spent more than nearly 20 years in the mental health field.

In my free time, I’m a lifelong learner who loves focusing on health and wellness. I enjoy biking, immersing myself in nature, hitting the gym, diving into book clubs, and spending quality time with my family and pets. Art and music are also passions of mine, bringing inspiration and balance to my life.
